editor's note

Why this exists

NexavarHub started because most food writing online is either trying to sell you something or optimized for a search engine rather than a reader. We wanted a place where the recipes have been tested in real kitchens, the restaurant reviews are paid for out of pocket, and the food culture stories come from people who actually live there.

We publish three to four stories a month. Some are long, some are short. All of them are written by people who cook, eat, and travel — not by content farms or keyword algorithms.

Thanks for reading.
